  • Favorite part about the Gulf South? { The people. They’re some of the kindest, most welcoming and hospitable people I’ve ever met. I’m also fascinated by Louisiana’s rich history and the deep pride people take in preserving their culture, traditions and way of life. It’s a place where generations of families have built strong roots, and that sense of community is something truly special. Also, the sunsets are so beautiful!
  • If you weren’t in PR, what would you be doing? { Science was always my favorite subject, and in high school I had the opportunity to work at the National Cancer Institute (NIH), contributing to research focused on finding treatments for a variety of diseases. I began college as a biology major with dreams of caring for marine mammals. Along the way, internships introduced me to the world of communications, where I discovered a passion for storytelling and strategic communications that ultimately led me to a career in public relations.
  • Where did you grow up and what was it like? { I grew up in Frederick, Maryland, nestled in a valley of the Appalachian Mountains. It’s a beautiful place where rolling farmland is part of everyday life. I passed more than a dozen farms on my drive to school each morning, and my high school was even known for its annual "Take Your Tractor to School Day." After graduation, I was ready to trade country roads for city life and a new adventure.
  • Any professional accomplishments, awards, etc., you’d like to list? { Outside of my work at The Ehrhardt Group, I serve on my local Board of Education's Communications Advisory Board, helping develop communications strategies and strengthen engagement with the community.
